Meet Our Coaches

With over 30 years of coaching experience, JT Blair has built a legacy of developing elite baseball talent across Texas.
As the longtime head coach at Westlake High School, he led 8 teams to the district playoffs—including multiple regional finals and a state tournament appearance—earning over 400 career wins. Named “Coach of the Year” four times and recognized as the 2023 Central Texas Coach of the Year, JT is known for his ability to mentor athletes both on and off the field.
At 746 Baseball Training, he brings that same championship mindset and personal dedication to player development in every session.

Blake Thomas is a former D1 catcher and respected baseball coach based in Austin, Texas. A lifelong Austinite and Westwood High School alum, he excelled as a multi-sport athlete before advancing to collegiate baseball at UT Pan American (Division I), then Ranger Junior College, and finally Houston Baptist University (now Houston Christian University), where he served as a two‑year team captain
At Houston Christian, Blake anchored the catching position across nearly 50 games during his junior season, producing solid offensive contributions and anchoring the defense behind the plate.
Blake specializes in catcher development, hitting, and game IQ. His experience as a player and leader brings valuable perspective to his athletes.

Ashley Dukes is a former collegiate pitcher and respected baseball coach based in Austin, Texas. A native of East Texas, he played his college ball at East Texas Baptist University, where he earned First-Team All-Conference honors and became known for his competitive presence and command on the mound.
At ETBU, Ashley anchored the pitching staff and developed a reputation for consistent execution, leadership, and a deep understanding of sequencing and tempo — traits that now define his coaching style.
Ashley currently serves as the pitching coach at Westlake High School. He specializes in pitching development, arm care, and mound presence. His experience as a high-level pitcher and proven high school coach allows him to develop athletes with both technical precision and mental toughness.

Holland Page is a recent Westlake High School graduate and rising baseball talent based in Austin, Texas. A standout infielder and consistent offensive contributor, Holland was named First Team All-District in 26‑6A and earned All‑Central Texas honors in 2025 after hitting .415 with a .537 on-base percentage and 25 RBIs during his senior campaign.
At Westlake, Holland was a key part of the Chaps' infield, known for his smooth glove work, strong arm, and ability to perform under pressure.
Holland brings a high baseball IQ, strong work ethic, and a polished approach on both sides of the ball. His athleticism, versatility at 2B and 3B, and consistent production make him a valuable addition to 746 Baseball.

Logan Hulon is a standout collegiate softball pitcher and dedicated mentor to young athletes. A Dripping Springs High School graduate, she made history at the University of Houston with a no-hitter debut before transferring to the University of Texas, where she helped lead the team to a Women’s College World Series runner-up finish in 2022. After earning her B.S. in Kinesiology, Logan completed her athletic career at Oregon State, earning multiple conference honors, NFCA All-Region recognition, and an MBA. Passionate about empowering young women through softball, she is committed to building their skills and confidence on and off the field.

Coach Will is a Westlake High School graduate and former two-sport varsity athlete, excelling as a power hitting outfielder in baseball and as a cornerback in football. Standing 6’3” and known for his athletic versatility, Will played collegiate baseball at Texas Tech University, where he contributed as an outfielder and first baseman.
Coach Will brings high-level playing experience and a strong commitment to developing well-rounded athletes.
His player development focus centers on building confidence, refining fundamentals, and fostering a competitive mindset that translates on and off the field.
