As a former catcher, Coach Blair threw outstanding BP, and Theo immediately connected with him—not just as a coach, but as a mentor and motivator. Over the years, Coach Blair became so much more than just one of his hitting coaches. He led Theo through four years of varsity baseball at Westlake High School, helping shape him both as a player and as a young man.
What stands out about Coach Blair is his deep commitment—not only to individual athletes, but to the broader baseball community. He transformed the Westlake baseball field from a quiet, often empty space into a welcoming, well-used hub for players across Central Texas.
