Hitting Groups : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 pm sessions available

Drop In Defense : Wednesdays | 6:00 - 7:00 (8U - 11U) & 7:00 - 8:00 (12U & Up)

Hitting Group Format

All group hitting lessons are delivered in a 60 minute small-group format with no more than two to four athletes per session. This structure allows for focused instruction within a competitive, high-energy environment. Each player receives focused attention while also benefiting from peer interaction, live reps, and situational adjustments. Small groups create a dynamic learning atmosphere that mirrors game-like intensity, promotes accountability, and accelerates development through observation and repetition.

Group Placement
Players are encouraged to sign up with their preferred training group (train with friends and teammates!), but individual registrations are always welcome. We’ll place each athlete in a group that fits their age, skill level, and development goals.

**NEW** DROP IN DEFENSE

Drop In Defense gives athletes focused reps on the skills that separate good defenders from great ones: footwork, glove angles, transfer speed, and clean mechanics. Players rotate through station-based drills designed to build confidence and consistency every single week.

Individual position-specific instruction — including fielding, pitching, and catching — is available upon request.
